The WHO Secretariat invites Member States, Observers and non-State actors, to present proposals to organize in-person Official Side Events during the Health Assembly on Monday 19 May - Saturday 24 May at the Palais des Nations in Geneva.
To submit your side event proposal, please review the guidelines and complete the online application form available below between 21 March and 07 April 2025 at 18:00 CEST, and kindly send it to HQgoverningbodies@who.int. All submissions must be provided in English.
Member States will be informed of the successful applications by 24 April 2025 on this page.
