  1. At PAHO/WHO’s request to support capacity building efforts at the regional level on Social Marketing in Public Health.  
  2. At PAHO/WHO's request the proposed institution and under its guidance will develop knowledge translation materials pertaining to the implementation of social marketing activities around salt reduction efforts in Latin America and the Caribbean. 
  3. At PAHO/WHO ’s request the proposed institution will assist PAHO/WHO to provide technical assistance to Latin American and a Caribbean Member States to implement and evaluate social marketing campaign(s) on risk factors for noncommunicable diseases and other public health issues at country levels, as appropriate.
