- At WHO’s request and under its leadership, the proposed institution will provide technical inputs that may inform the development of WHO's evidence-based guidelines and research agendas in family planning and reproductive health including maternal and newborn health
- In agreement with WHO, the proposed institution will facilitate the use and dissemination of WHO guidelines, research results and other innovations to improve interventions in family planning and reproductive health including maternal and newborn health
- At WHO's request and under its guidance, the proposed institution will strengthen global, regional and country technical capacity around implementation and dissemination science to advance family planning and reproductive health outcomes including maternal and newborn health
