  1. At PAHO/WHO’s request the proposed institution will support the Organization with evaluation and research to strengthen implementation of WHO FCTC policy interventions. 
  2. At PAHO/WHO’s request the proposed institution will support the Organization’s work to monitor national-level e-cigarette policies. 
  3. As directed by PAHO/WHO the proposed institution will support the Organization in the dissemination of research results and best practices for tobacco control. 
  4. At PAHO/WHO’s request, the proposed institution will provide training to strengthen leadership and tobacco control capacity. 
  5. Under PAHO/WHO’s leadership the proposed institution will support the Organization’s efforts with World No Tobacco Day.
