- At PAHO/WHO’s request the proposed institution will support the efforts of the Organization to strengthen the capacity and expertise of national leprosy control programs.
- At PAHO/WHO’s request the proposed institution will support the efforts of the Organization for the surveillance of antimicrobial resistance (AMR) to the drugs used in the treatment of leprosy.
- At PAHO/WHO’s request the proposed institution will provide input to strengthen the PAHO virtual library of public health on leprosy (Biblioteca Virtual de Saúde em Hanseniase – BVS Hanseníase)
