  1. At WHO's request, develop training material for establishing quality system in health laboratories.  
  2. Under WHO's leadership, impart training of trainers on quality system in laboratories , in line with WHO norms, standards and policies. 
  3. Upon WHO’s request, provide technical assistance to WHO's work on the establishment, implementation, monitoring of quality management system  
  4. Under WHO's leadership, support WHO in training labs for validation, calibration of equipment and quality control of test kits/ in-vitro-diagnotics
