- Provide technical inputs to inform WHO's work towards the development of cross-cutting technical products (norms, standards, guidelines) on primary health care
- To support WHO in knowledge generation, management and the strengthening of professional networks and exchange practices in the area of primary health care, with a particular emphasis on integrated, people-centred health services.
- Upon WHO's request, provide technical assistance for the promotion of primary health care based health systems.
