- At PAHO/WHO’s request, the proposed institution will support the Organization by carrying out studies on insecticide resistance, to strengthen control and/or elimination strategies for vector-borne diseases.
- At PAHO/WHO’s request, the proposed institution will support the Organization’s activities to support laboratories in the use of the principles of good laboratory practices.
- At PAHO/WHO’s request, the proposed institution will support capacity building activities around the detection, monitoring, and management of resistance to insecticides.
- At PAHO/WHO’s request, the proposed institution will provide technical input that may to inform PAHO/WHO’s work on the development of technical documents and publications.
