- Upon PAHO/WHO’s request and under its leadership the institution will support PAHO/WHO to strengthen the development of a research culture and collaboration in nursing and midwifery in the Caribbean region and internationally
- At PAHO/WHO’s request the proposed institution will support PAHO/WHO to collate, publish, and disseminate information to strengthen scholarship and evidence-based practice in nursing and midwifery
