Terms of Reference:
- Develop and support implementation of a research agenda for determining how the use of cash transfers in humanitarian settings affects health
- Continue training and building the capacity of humanitarian workers through the H.E.L.P. course and providing supplemental online modules that will meet a clearly identified need for non-residential online courses based on the H.E.L.P modules
- Work with WHO and other partners to develop a systematic and objective approach for assessing Emergency Operations Centers (EOCs) that will support the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, within the context of the WHO strategic framework for emergency preparedness.
- Strengthen knowledge on the effectiveness of scalable interventions for supporting mental health in low-resource humanitarian settings
