- At PAHO/WHO’s request the proposed institution will support the Organization’ efforts to expand and share knowledge and technologies with Member States on the design, implementation and management of Human Milk Banks.
- As requested by PAHO/WHO the proposed institution will provide technical input to inform guidance documents and scientific evidence for the development of human milk banks in line with PAHO/WHO’s technical guidance and information.
- At PAHO/WHO’s request the proposed institution will support the Organization in the development of surveillance, monitoring and implementation research regarding initiatives in Human Milk Banks.
- As requested and coordinated by PAHO/WHO the proposed institution will provide support to Member States to develop and implement specific training for human resources regarding Human Milk Banks.
