Terms of Reference:
  1. In collaboration with WHO, the proposed CC will provide rapid analysis of urgent infectious problems, notably outbreaks and events of international concern 
  2. At WHO's request, provide technical research capability and in specific disease areas 
  3. In collaboration with WHO, provide training/capacity building in dynamic modeling, study design and statistics 
  4. In collaboration with WHO, coordination of expertise in study design, statistics, and dynamic modelling 
  5. In collaboration with WHO, contribute to WHO information products as indicated and related activities in the work plan, subject to WHO approval
