- To support WHO in building capacity for Non Communicable Diseases prevention and control with focus on substance use
- Assist WHO’s work to measure the impact of health
policies with a focus on substance control policies on
substance use and attributable burden
- Upon WHO’s request, to develop models for evaluating the cost-effectiveness of policy interventions to reduce substance-attributable disease, including the development of business
or investment cases for key policy interventions, return on investment analyses.
