- To provide support to WHO in the development, implementation and evaluation of capacity building and training activities in areas related to integrated care and multisectoral and multistakeholder action for non communicable diseases prevention and control in the context of the SDGs.
- To provide support to WHO in the development of materials and tools in the Russian language to scale up action against non communicable diseases and their risk factors in the Russian-speaking countries.
- Support WHO to collect and collate information related to the prevention of non communicable diseases.
