- To support WHO’s work on prioritization of NCDs prevention and control, including of incentives for investment in NCDs, through the provision of technical inputs and assisting capacity building efforts.

- Under WHO’s leadership and guidance, to support WHO’s technical work on the implementation of NCD related recommendations for strong, resilient and inclusive national health systems.
