  1. At PAHO/WHO’s request the proposed institution will provide technical input to the Organization on designing innovative surveillance systems for oral diseases, equity, quality of life, and the impact of preventive interventions. 
  2. At PAHO/WHO’s request the proposed institution will support the Organization in its efforts to provide guidance for translating evidence on prevention and control of oral diseases to inform programming and policy. 
  3. Under PAHO/WHO’s leadership, the proposed institution will support the Organization on evidence review, development of effective interventions, and dissemination of best practices for the prevention and control of oral diseases across the lifespan.
