Inclusion Criteria:

- Rheumatoid arthritis patient according to ACR/EULAR criteria

- age >18

- bilateral hand affection

Exclusion Criteria:

- peripheral neuropathy

- other chronic arthritis

- patient who did mastectomy or any other hand operation
