Key inclusion & exclusion criteria

Inclusion Criteria:

- Genetically confirmed 5q SMA

- ability to access intrathecal space for nusinersen injection

Exclusion Criteria:

- Renal impairment

- thrombocytopenia

- inability to access intrathecal space by CT or flouro guided injection
