Key inclusion & exclusion criteria

Inclusion Criteria:

- their ages ranged from 25 to 40 years.

- their body mass index was > 30 kg/m2

Exclusion Criteria:

- Participant who had acute viral disease.

- acute tuberculosis

- mental disorders.

- benign or malignant tumors of the pelvic region
