Inclusion Criteria:

- BMI = 35 kg*m-2

Exclusion Criteria:

- Hypertension (blood pressure > 130/90)

- Impaired fasting glucose (> 6.1 mmol*L-1)

- Type 2 diabetes

- Abnormal ECG readings at rest
