Key inclusion & exclusion criteria

Inclusion Criteria:

- Nonedematous hyponatremia with normal renal, adrenal and thyroid function.
-Non-hyponatremia with increased fractional excretion of urate.

Exclusion Criteria:

- Subjects < 18 years of age

- Pregnancy

- Serum creatinine > 1.4 mg/dl
