Key inclusion & exclusion criteria

Inclusion Criteria

- Diagnosis of Rett syndrome

- Mutation in MeCP2 gene

- Typical EEG abnormalities (disorganized background, frontal central spikes, rhythmic
theta)

Exclusion Criteria

- Features of Rett syndrome with absence of MeCP2 mutation

- Non-specific EEG changes
