Exclusion criteria: short bowel syndrome, less than once a 3 days defecation as constipation

Age minimum: 12years-old
Age maximum: 85years-old
Gender: Male and Female

Crohn's disease, Patients taking non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs) or aspirin more than 3 months
