Key inclusion & exclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1 Definitely diagnosed as UC and treated with IPAA, the postoperative time is more than 3 months;
2 Patients take probiotics regularly before being selected;
3 Aged 15 years and above;
4 Male or female;
5 Have given consent and the region is able to follow the patient who is treated;
6 Ability to record patients whose responses are answered in a regular follow-up.

Exclusion criteria: 1 Patients with kidney or liver disease, severe cardiovascular disease, chronic pancreatitis, diabetes or gallstones;
2 Postoperative pathology of IPAA surgery indicates that there is cancerous person;
3 Perform other surgical treatments or chemoradiotherapy and targeted therapy in the past 3 months;
4 Patients with laboratory abnormalities indicate anemia (hemoglobin <10), leukopenia, thrombocytopenia, and abnormal blood clotting;
5 Patients with infection, sepsis or pneumonia;
6 Pregnant or lactating women.
