Key inclusion & exclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.papillary thyroid carcinoma is confirmed by FNA before surgery; 2.indications for total thyroidectomy + single/bilateral central lymph node dissection (including lateral lymph node dissection); parathyroid hormone (PTH) on the first postoperative day was less than 1.6 pmol/L.
Exclusion criteria: 1.Preoperative examination indicates blood PTH or blood calcium is abnormal; 2.Patients with suspected parathyroid adenoma and confirmed parathyroid adenoma during surgery (including patients with accidental parathyroid adenoma); 3.pregnancy or lactating women; 4.Preoperative urinary system color Doppler prompts urinary calculi; 5.Preoperative electrocardiogram indicates abnormalities; 6.The operator cannot be tolerated for various reasons; 7.poor compliance and are difficult to follow up for a long time; 8.doctors think it is an unsuitable situation for patient.
