Key inclusion & exclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1) Aged 18-75 years old;
2) Diagnosis of CD or UC must be based on the combine assessment of clinical manifestation, physical examination, laboratory examination, imaging study, esophagogastroduodenoscopy and pathology examination;
3) patients agree to and sign the information contact.

Exclusion criteria: 1. indeterminate colitis;
2. pregancy;
3. long-term alcoholic and/or drug dependence;
4. previous history of mental disease and/or emotional disturbance;
5. previous history of severe or chronic cardiovascular, respiratory, urinary, reproductive, endocrine, nervous, skeletal, muscular system disease;
6. patients refuse to sign information contact.
