Key inclusion & exclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Healthy male volunteers aged between 18-30.
2. One month before the trial and during the trial the volunteers should not smoking, drinking and take any other drugs.

Exclusion criteria: 1.People who had history of disease and family medical history should exclude in this experiment;
2.People who used to drinking and smoking should exclude in this experiment.
