Key inclusion & exclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: UK Parkinson's disease society brain bank diagnostic criteria. Eligibility criteria:
1. a clinical diagnosis of idiopathic Parkinsons disease;
2. The Hoehn and Yahr scale I-IV;
3. score for the motor section of the Unified Parkinsons Disease at least 2;
4. stable medication use of kind, dosage and administration for PD;
5. ability to stand unaided and walk with or without an assistive device;
6. willingness to be assigned to any of the two interventions;
7. with a fixed daily life caregiver during the study period; the patient and his/her relatives voluntarily join this study with informed consents.

Exclusion criteria: 1) Participanting in any other program;
2) Mini–Mental State examination score lower than 17;
3) debilitating conditions or vision impairment that would impede full participation in the study;
4) balance disorder caused by hip and knee joints diseases.
