Key inclusion & exclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. a clear diagnosis of primary Parkinson's disease,
Meet the 2013 Criteria of Guidelines for the diagnosis of Parkinson 's disease of European Neurological Union:
1) reduced capasity of movement;
2) meets at least one of the following clinical manifestations, including muscle rigidity; resting tremor; posture instability.
3) at least meet the following criteria: unilateral disease; resting tremor; disease progressively progress; after the onset of persistent asymmetric involvement; levodopa treatment at first effective;
2. Hoehn-Yahr grade 1-3, able to walk independently;
3. 1 week before the election to the beginning of the trial did not adjust the drug, medication during treatment unchanged;
4. auditory, visual and cognitive ability is normal.

Exclusion criteria: (1) various secondary Parkinson's syndrome (including traumatic, drug-induced, tumor, vascular, toxic, hydrocephalus, etc.) and Parkinson's syndrome;
(2) previous bone and joint disease or cerebrovascular disease, and the impact of walking or balance function;
(3) heart failure, severe hypertension and other serious medical diseases;
(4) do not cooperate with the inspection and training.
