Abstract
The South-East Asia Regional TB Technical Working Group (TWG) provides guidance to the WHO Secretariat on appropriate strategies and interventions for TB care and control in countries of the Region. During this meeting, the TWG reviewed progress and identified challenges and constraints in implementing activities based on recommendations of TWG meeting (2012) in countries of the Region. The TWG also reviewed and discussed the proposed new Post-2015 Global Tuberculosis Strategy Framework to provide guidance on adopting and applying the revised WHO policies and guidelines in the specific context of countries in the Region, in particular the involvement of all care providers in the management of childhood TB.Citation
