RésuméThis document contains the follow-up actions on the recommendations of Thirty-second Session of WHO South-East Asia Advisory Committee on Health Research (SEA-ACHR) especially the pivotal role of WRs in supporting health research systems in countries. Besides, the report also focused on the deliberations of small group meeting building and strengthening health research capacity of small countries in the South-East Asia Region which was held on 10-11 April 2013. It also covers the recommendations for strengthening the research capacity in three countries (Bhutan, Maldives and Timor-Leste) and a roadmap for future collaboration among these countries.
