Abstract
Description: The sixth meeting of the South-East Asia Regional Commission for Certification of Polio Eradication (‎SEA-RCCPE)‎ was held from 25 to 27 November 2013 in Kathmandu, Nepal. The primary objective of this commission is to guide Member States through the certification process on polio eradication through impartial and transparent verification. The purpose of the meeting was to review the annual reports from Member States and make recommendations to improve documentation for certification of polio eradication. The Region has made tremendous progress towards polio eradication and is currently on a track for Regional Certification in March 2014.
