Le 27 février 2005, la Convention-cadre de l’OMS pour la lutte antitabac est entrée en vigueur, liant ainsi juridiquement les 40 premiers pays – dont cinq pays africains – qui étaient devenus Parties contractantes avant le 30 novembre 2004. 2.
