Data were collected by a self-administered questionnaire based on the Job Descriptive Index and the Employee Satisfaction Inventory. Overall job satisfaction of respondents was moderate. They were satisfied with the work itself and co-workers, but very dissatisfied with all other aspects, especially payments and benefits.
