Ordering e-books from WHO

The following e-book formats are available for downloading from WHO.

.epub is an open e-book standard. It provides "reflowable" content, meaning that the text adapts to fit the screen of various output devices, including Android tablets, iPads, iPhones and Sony Readers. It has added hyperlinks to help you navigate through the document.

.pdf maintains the original page layout of the printed version and is best for reading directly on your computer using Adobe Reader or Adobe Digital Editions or on e-book readers with larger screens. It has added features such as bookmarks and hyperlinks to help you navigate through the document.

When you order an e-book from WHO Bookorders, you will receive a confirmatory email within a few minutes. You will also receive a link to our digital warehouse partner codeMantra with a hyperlink to download your e-book(s). The download link is valid for 365 days and for a maximum of three file downloads.

Please note that WHO e-books are intended for personal, noncommercial use, and may not be copied, shared or redistributed.
