Evaluating prospectively the impact of climate change on the occurrence of diarrhoeal diseases with emphasis on cholera: a generic research protocol
Ver/ Abrir
Resumen
Climate change, if it occurs at the level projected by current global models, may have important and far-reaching effects on infectious diseases, especially those that are transmitted by poikilothermic arthropods such as mosquitoes and ticks. Climate change is also expected to affect acute diarroheal diseases. This generic research protocol deals with prospective studies to assess the negative health impact of climate change on diarrhoeal diseases with special emphasis on cholera.Citación
