Terms of Reference:
  1. Innovation through undertaking new, policy relevant research and analyses to establish the relationship of historical, current and predicted climate to malaria and other health outcomes and how that relationship might be exploited for improved public health decisions using new technologies and social science. 
  2. Demonstration in endemic countries of the utility of the newly available information to decision makers at the local, national and regional level in terms of improved process, outcomes and resource management and disseminate the results in peer review and policy oriented publications. 
  3. Education and training of the next generation of researchers and practitioners, such as malaria control staff, policy makers, academics, technical specialists, and community health workers, in better prevention and management of climate sensitive diseases. 
  4. Advocacy for climate and environmental services that meet the needs of public health decision- makers (especially those involved in malaria control) via our already extensive collaborative network from both the public health and climate communities. 
  5. Service and facilitation of a growing global community of practice, with new data, tools and methodologies tailored to their needs.
