  1. To support WHO in generating information, carrying out analysis and developing new methods for monitoring and evaluating pharmaceutical policy decisions  
  2. To assist WHO in promoting quality of pharmaceutical care in health delivery systems with focus on low and middle income countries 
  3. To work with WHO in the dissemination information and supporting WHO staff on pharmaceutical policy analysis among decision makers with focus on low and middle income countries
