- Build organizational capacity
Strengthen the programmatic & operational capacity of national, local, & other implementing agencies to implement policies and programs that improve healthy human development through schools & communities
- Develop curricula and materials, including e-learning
Develop health-related, evidence-based, culturally appropriate curricula, training materials, interventions, assessment and evaluation tools for policy makers and practitioners in schools and communities to improve prevention and intervention for healthy human development.
- Synthesize, conduct research, monitoring and evaluation
Synthesize information in to share and disseminate current research & ideas in the field of health promotion through schools & communities.
Conduct research to inform design of materials and interventions
Develop indicators and conduct monitoring and evaluation of the reach, impact and effectiveness of health promotion programs and services

Ower: 8.2 - Technical support and guidance provided to Member States for the implementation of primary prevention interventions that reduce environmental hazards to health, enhance safety and promote public health, including in specific settings (e.g. workplaces, homes or urban settings) and among vulnerable population groups (e.g. children).
Ower: 6.1 - Advice and support provided to Member States to build their capacity for health promotion across all relevant programmes, and to establish effective multisectoral and multidisciplinary collaborations for promoting health and preventing or reducing major risk factors.
