- Support WHO in the development of outpatient care programs in late-life in low income countries via the implementation of mobile teams covering the needs of elderly individuals with increased psychosocial vulnerability
- Organize training programs in old age psychiatry open to medical and nurse staffs working in psychiatric and community-based facilities in low income countries of Africa, Asia, East Europe and South America
- Provide expertise for the management of caregiver burden in dementia and propose ad hoc training programs according to the WHO priorities in this field within the framework of the WHO/ADI initiative aiming to assess the needs in human resources and develop innovative psychosocial programs for dementia care.
