Terms of Reference:
  1. In support of WHO, provide support for dissemination and implementation research to understand factors in tobacco control that influence adoption and implementation of evidence-based interventions in selected countries WHOs European Region, African Region and the Region of Americas. 
  2. At the request of WHO, develop capacity building in tobacco control as and when appropriate, in selected countries WHOs European Region, African Region and the Region of Americas. 
  3. Support WHO by providing training in tobacco control for health professionals in selected countries in the Regions of Americas and Africa.  
  4. In support of WHO, raise awarness and disseminate information on tobacco control.

  2.1.1 - Development and implementation of national multisectoral policies and plans to prevent and control noncommunicable diseases accelerated
  2.1.3 - Countries enabled to improve health care coverage for the management of cardiovascular diseases, cancer, diabetes and chronic respiratory diseases and their risk factors, including in crises and emergencies
