Terms of Reference:
  1. Transfere the DBE successfull experience to other countries through WHO (fully automated clinical engineering system) 
  2. Execute training programs in the fied of clinical engineering in cooperation with who 
  3. DBE experts shall support other countries through short term and long term missions in cooperation with WHO 
  4. conferences, seminars and workshops in the field of clinical engineering in collaboration with WHO (local, reaginal and internation) 
  5. Work with WHO to establish a standard WHO fully automted clinical engineering system to be available for all WHO mebmers 
  6. The DBE may also provide online support through WHO to all WHO member states 
  7. Collaborate with WHO in joint research projects in the filed of clinical engineering 
  8. Collaborate in other related fields

WHO Outputs:
  Ower: 11.1 - Formulation and monitoring of comprehensive national policies on access, quality and use of essential medical products and technologies advocated and supported.
  Ower: 11.2 - International norms, standards and guidelines for the quality, safety, efficacy and cost effective use of medical products and technologies developed and their national and/or regional implementation advocated and supported.
  Ower: 11.3 - Evidence based policy guidance on promoting scientifically sound and cost-effective use of medical products and technologies by health workers and consumers developed and supported within the Secretariat and regional and national programmes.
