Terms of Reference:
  1. Dissemination and implementation of the ICC Rome 2015 outcomes: under the supervision of and in coordination with the WHO Prevention of Blindness team in HQ (WHO-PBL) the National Centre will disseminate and promote the outcomes of the WHO ICC Rome 2015 in main international conferences; under the coordination of WHO-PBL the Ntl Ctr will facilitate the building of a worldwide network of vision rehabilitation experts for further dissemination of the Rome ICC outcomes within the WHO Regions 
  2. In cooperation with WHO-PBL, development and standardization of training curricula for the implementation of ICC Rome 2015 services.  
  3. In coordination with WHO HQ PBL and Mental Health and Substance Abuse (WHO HQ MHSA) Departments, develop the psycological components of vision rehabilitation services for people with visual impairments.

WHO Outputs:
  Ower: 3.1 - Advocacy and support provided to increase political, financial and technical commitment in Member States in order to tackle chronic noncommunicable diseases, mental and behavioural disorders, violence, injuries and disabilities together with visual impairment, including blindness.
  Ower: 3.3 - Improvements made in Member States’ capacity to collect, analyse, disseminate and use data on the magnitude, causes and consequences of chronic noncommunicable diseases, mental and neurological disorders, violence, injuries and disabilities together with visual impairment, including blindness.
  Ower: 3.4 - Improved evidence compiled by WHO on the cost-effectiveness of interventions to tackle chronic noncommunicable diseases, mental and neurological and substance-use disorders, violence, injuries and disabilities together with visual impairment, including blindness.
