- To develop actions to prevention, early diagnosis and adequate treatment of children, adults, third age adults and women in pregnant with diabetes in the different levels of care in the close primary care area & in the country
- To continue improving therapeutic education of diabetic patients according to specific characteristics such as age, sex, level of education and social- economic and regional situation.
- To translate the acquired experience to all the country and the region.
