Terms of Reference:
  1. To support strengthening of rehabilitation and community-based rehabilitation services through technical advice and training in low and middle-income countries and across the Western Pacific Region.  
  2. To carry out rehabilitation training in the Western Pacific Region including in Mongolia and remote areas of China (including Tibet). Collaborate with WPRO on implementation of specific tools that have been developed, such as the disability-inclusive health toolkit and rehabilitation resources as appropriate.  
  3. Explore and test service delivery models to enhance coordination between hospital-based and community-based rehabilitation services in line with Rehabilitation 2030: A Call for Action.

  Ower: 3.6 - Guidance and support provided to Member States to improve the ability of their health and social systems to prevent and manage chronic noncommunicable diseases, mental and behavioural disorders, violence, injuries and disabilities together with visual impairment, including blindness.
