- To continually support and participate in the WHO/ILAE/IBE Global Campaign Against Epilepsy (GCAE), and to provide technical support to the expanded project of epilepsy management in rural China.
- To provide support to WHO programme in the area of dementia.
- To contribute to the WHO project on revision of ICD-10 chapter of diseases of the nervous system.
- To contribute to WHO mhGAP program, especially for translating the training materials for epilepsy and dementia, and other training materials for stroke.
- To implement training programs on common neurologic conditions in the urban community and rural village for young fellows from China to other developing neighboring countries.
