  1. Collaborate with PAHO/WHO in improving the training of health technicians, with an emphasis on Primary Health Care, as well as the structuring of training institutions for these workers. 
  2. Collaborate with PAHO/WHO in the production, through qualitative and quantitative research, and dissemination of knowledge about the training and the work of health technicians.  
  3. Collaborate with PAHO/WHO in strengthening the health technicians training institutions networks, increasing their articulation through the collection, analysis and dissemination of techno-scientific information with an emphasis on education, health and work.
