Terms of Reference:
  1. In collaboration with WHO Regional office for Europe (RO), other WHO offices and WHO support mechanisms, to promote WHO tuberculosis strategies and guidelines through high quality, evidence based education on tuberculosis control in prisons and by support to WHO and technical assistance to worldwide national tuberculosis programmes and tuberculosis programmes in prisons (in line with OWER 2.1 and OWER 2.2). 
  2. In close collaboration and guidance of WHO, to organize trainings on TB related areas, including drugs resistant TB, TB/HIV.  
  3. The Center will assist WHO in supporting promotion of the model of best practices in penitentiary, by organizing relevant study tours and conducting relevant research.
