Inclusion criteria: A total of 100 patients undergoing operative hysteroscopy at Gynecology dept, Tanta University Hospitals

Exclusion criteria: Patients younger than 18 and older than 60 years

Age minimum: 18 Year
Age maximum: 60 Year
Gender: Female
