Inclusion criteria: anovulatory infertility due to pcos.
clomiphen resistant
age: 20-30 years
normal semen analysis of the husband
no previous abominal surgical intervention


Exclusion criteria: infertility due to causes other than pcos.
age below 20 or above 30
abnormal semen analysis
previous abdominal surgery


Age minimum: 20 Year
Age maximum: 30 Year

Primary Outcome(s)
ovulation rate and pregnancy rate.
Secondary Outcome(s)
menstrual regularity, BMI, ovarian volume, antral follicle count basal serum LH, FSH, LH/FSH ratio, total testosterone and estradiol changes and post operative adhesion formation
